Listed below are electronic copies of required documents for all Mangers and Coaches. Please take note although these documents seem intense they are full of very useful information and can play a vital role in your coaching success. We have worked very hard as a Board to give you all the important information you need without the unnecessary clutter. If you have any further questions that these documents can't answer please reach out to [email protected] or your division director. Remember these documents are required to be carried with you to all practices and games and use as a first line resource. If you have any injury on your team you must complete the incident and injury form and notify the Safety Director within 24hrs. Little League International has strict rules and regulations regarding player safety and we take it very seriously at all times. Let's play ball!
2024 ECLL Safety Plan
Managers: Please have all parents complete and sign both of these forms and keep them with you at all times. We take our parent code of conduct very seriously and those who do not comply at any game or practice are asked to leave immediately and will be on a one game suspension with higher consequences if it is a reoccurring problem. If you do have any problems with a parent, grandparent or any visitor please approach the umpire on duty and respectfully work to handle the situation. We are building a culture where the players are the priority and everyone should respect all players, managers, coaches and umpires. We have to work together to enforce that culture. If you have any questions please reach out to the division director, vice president or president. All of our Manager's, Coaches and Board Members are now required to take these 2 courses as per Little League international and State Law. You will need to set up an account for both.
Little League Diamond Leader Training USA Safe Abuse trainingAll Managers, Coaches and Board Members must complete a concussion training course online prior to any practice.

2024 Upcoming Events:
Coaches Convention - ECLL has the opportunity for our coaches to attend a Coaches Convention held by Northwest Baseball Coaches Association on Sunday, January 21, 2024 in Portland. This convention will have guest speakers that will share drills, approaches, styles, skill development, practice plans and much more! This is a great opportunity that would be paid for by ECLL.
